Meow Tales is a friendly, cat-focused publication. We cover real-life cat stories, welfare news, behaviour and care guides, and we maintain a detailed A–Z directory of cat breeds.

What we publish

Our stories sit in a small number of clear sections — cat news, heartwarming cat stories, adoption and rescue, cat care, cat behaviour, cat health and cat breeds. We focus on what is genuinely useful, accurate and kind to the cats we write about.

How we work

Our editorial guidelines explain how we research, source and review stories. Health content carries a clear veterinary disclaimer and we encourage readers to consult a qualified professional rather than relying solely on the internet.

Breed profiles are built from a structured dataset, then rewritten in original British English and reviewed by an editor before they are indexed. Where we do not yet have a confident rating we leave it blank rather than guess.
